The Company
- All smelting bookings are carried out from the Sunshine Minerals website.
- Sunshine Minerals is not responsible for any complaints raised after the collection of goods from the refinery.
- Sunshine Minerals reserves the right to reject any package that appears to be harmful or tampered with. Any such item will be returned to you without any liability to company’s refinery. Nuclear/ explosive materials or any hazardous materials irrespective of how they are or presented are strictly prohibited.
- Sunshine Minerals does not provide storage or transportation for any goods to the owner.
- Sunshine Minerals shall have no liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the claims of any third party (including, without limitation, product liability claims) that may be incurred by the Client.
The Client
- Smelting and testing will be done in the presence of the owner or his/ her appointed agent.
- Client MUST ensure that all necessary measures are taken for safety and security of working conditions during the performance of services.
- All goods smelted are supposed to be cleared from the refinery immediately.
